J9 Design began back in 2003 as a "side job" which quickly turned into a self-employment leap of faith. I was working full time at a sign shop in Lancaster and had my own ideas of how a business should be run. I was determined to build my sign business by concentrating on quality, creativity and most importantly, customer service.
